Upon your arrival at Villa Escapar, you will be greeted by our full time/on premise caretakers at the gated entrance where they will unload your baggage and assist you with settling in for your stay. From daily housekeeping to hand crafted drinks, they are here to make you feel right at home! Additional services available are: made to order meals, grocery shopping, arrange masseuse services on site, call for taxis, recommend popular activities, arrange fishing trips or excursions, and more!
BOOKING POLICIES

2. A $1000 Reservation Fee via Paypal will be required. This will become your refundable security deposit once you arrive at Villa Escapar. The reservation fee is non-refundable if you cancel your reservation or fail to send rental payments according to your contract. All prices in US currency (US$).Prices subject to change without notice.
3. Payments should be made by check or wire transfer. 50% of rental rate is due within 5 business days of contract. The balance is due 60 days before arrival at Villa Escapar.
4. Once full payment is received, driving directions and property manager contact info will be sent via e-mail.
NOTE: Maximum Occupancy: 12 guests
Add $250. per person over the base number of 10 guests or $500. per person over the base number of 10 guests during Holiday Season.
Cancellation Terms
1. Notice of cancellation should be submitted via email to moreinfo@villaescapar.com.
2. Cancellations received sixty (60) days prior to the date of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of deposit amount; any cancellation received less than sixty (60) days prior to arrival will not receive a refund.
3. Failure to arrive at property within 24 hours of scheduled arrival will be deemed notice of cancellation.
4. No concessions will be made for late arrival or early departure.
